关于编码层的问题

       关于VENC_TEMPORAL_LAYERS 参数，你可以了解一下

       如果你想部分解码，只能够是解码部分帧数据，就是丢帧解码；

      上面的这个参数，只是改变的帧之间的参考和依赖的关系，减少编码在时间上面的冗余；

文档里面说支持时间可伸缩编码

8618能否做基于空间的可伸缩编解码？

在网络质量很糟糕的情况下

我们希望解码部分仅仅解码基本层 降低画质 但是不影响帧率 这是我们觉得最好的方案

我觉得mctf运动补偿时域滤波可以解决我们的问题 问题是8168是不是支持 这种方式的可伸缩编码

enableSVCExtensionFlag 又是什么含义？

This parameter configures the codec to put SVC extensions in the bit-stream. For normal H.264 operation, this Flag needs to be ZERO (default value). For Encoder instance to encode SSPS, Prefix-NALU, Coded Slice in the bit-stream, this flag needs to be set. 

0:IH264_SVC_EXTENSION_FLAG_DISABLE - Disables all SVC features/syntaxes and rest of the structure is not read/respected.

1:IH264_SVC_EXTENSION_FLAG_ENABLE - Encodes the required SVC related syntaxes of the layer for which H.264 Codec has been instantiated.

2:IH264_SVC_EXTENSION_FLAG_ENABLE_WITH_EC_FLEXIBILITY - Encodes the required SVC related syntaxes of the layer for which H.264 Codec has been instantiated. 关于 运动补偿时域滤波技术(Motion- Compensated Temporal Filtering，MCTF) ，查了一下DM816x的编解码器的相关资料，应当是不支持的；

在编解码的相关手册中并没有提到 mctf 编码 ；

264应该是废弃了mctf

如果我希望不改变帧率的情况下 分出多个分辨率的层 就是空间上分层 能不能用inter-layer prediction层间预测技术实现

8168能否做到？

我看了下代码 是不是是指下面的参数

pLinkDynPrm->interFrameInterval        =  1;

不是 interFrameInterval ，这个是设置 I 或 p中间的B帧的个数，间隔；

好的 那么如果我们只能时间上分层 

能否在解码端手工控制解码第几层 好像没看到这样的接口
