6713偶尔不能启机，概率在每50次有1次不能启动成功。
启动成功波形：
黄线为dsp重启信号；白线为DSP读信号。
启动异常波形：
读信号突然变的很宽，而且热复位，波形依旧。不知什么原因会导致6713发出秒级的读信号，导致不能正常启动？
不成功时， CLKIN, power supply, CLKOUT波形如何？
