关于C6747片上RAM

诸位高手：

         小弟使用的是C6747，资料上说这款芯片上有好几个RAM，包括L1、L2和shared RAM，而L1、L2又分别有两块地址与之对应，不知有何区别，而shared RAM与L2又有何区别？sharedRAM 的访问速度如何，可配置为Cache么？

         望乞赐教。
