CCS在core0的 Connecting Target加载gel文件时报错

gel文件已经在另外一块板子上正确运行，在这块板上就会报错，板上有两片C6678，分别报了两种错误。

第一种错误如附件(1)所示，C66xx_0，在PLL1 Setup时出现，提示类似说某地址内存不能读出，还有clock appears to be off等等。请教原因可能是什么？
