CSL是在PDK包中。
请添加PDK的路径，
如
C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\pdk_C6678_1_0_0_16\packages
在CCS4或CCS5中可以导入PDK目录下的macro.ini文件。安装路径改变该文件也需要编辑。
