AM335x DDR PHY寄存器问题

本人通用读取寄存器值的方法校验设置是否正确，发现AM335x 的DDR PHY寄存器设置写入后，再读取返回值都是0，

其他寄存器如EMIF4D的均是正确与设置值相符； DDR PHY寄存器均为0 参考datasheet的7.3.6章节， 基地址为0x44E12000

该寄存器的type写的是RW， 请问是什么原因导致设置寄存器后读取的值却为0；
