不能。
一条PCI-e 按照5Gb/s的带宽来算，理论的最高值。
按照8b/10b编码的要求，只剩下4Gb/s.
bit->byte, 得到500MB/s. 正好是你要求的这个速率。
所以结论是做不到。因为还有很多开销的部分。
