在什么地方能够下到TI官方推荐的稳定可靠的GNU工具链，我想使用starterware在linux下编译，生成raw binary文件。

Linux下的GNU编译工具链在TI SDK里就可以找到。
如果是编译starterware，直接用CCS编译就好了。
