自己做的OMAPL138板子，设计方案是
（1）DSP通过EMIF与FPGA交互做一些算法处理
（2）ARM跑LINUX操作系统，FLASH选的是NANDFLASH（EMIF访问不同片选）
这样就有两个核同时访问EMIF和DDR的风险，不清楚两个核之间谁优先啊？求解答
