请问具体用的是哪款芯片？
每个芯片没有各自专门的序列号，但有的芯片有该款器件的序列号。

C6713的CSR寄存器的高16位放的是CPU ID+Revision ID。见下面数据手册第69页。http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320c6713.pdf
这个好像是固定值，不能作为某片6713的唯一标识啊
