我在am3352的目标板上，想使用2个串口，一个连接PC做调试用，一个串口连接zigbee模块。
在am3352中有什么方法可以实现？同时初始化？设置不同的波特率？
网上有一种说法是伪双串口，am3352是什么情况呢？？？
AM335x可以最多支持6个串口，当然这个不包括pru可以实现的串口。可以分别进行配置。
您问有什么方法，这个取决于您用的具体的os或者是starterware，请您具体看看各自os对应的驱动，对pinmux等进行配置即可。
