DDR3初始化，用的DSK platform的函数。配置成功后，DDR3-->L2 DMA传递数据，3KWord（=12KByte）花时间3.2~3.7us，所以峰值DDR3的峰值速度可到4GB/s。为什么比标称的1600MB/s还高？
