DM8168上创建多解码器问题

我这边使用的版本是ezsdk_dm816x-evm_5_00_00_11，在Video-M3上创建20个解码器(480x272P60,VICP0和VICP1各10个)，最后一个解码器不能创建成功，加了些打印发现最后调用了AlgorithmCreate函数中的RMAN_assignResources就没有出来(我不太确定是不是M3异常了)。
想问一下是什么原因？
