使用flashburn烧写程序到C6416T+MBM29LV800B的板子中（这套系统用其它方法能烧程序进去）

这个错误应该是GEL文件没有加载吧，检查一下GEL文件。
加载了gel文件，并且检查了头文件，发现烧进去的数据全部都是0，这个是程序中哪里出错啦吗？谢谢您！
