8148不接DDR颗粒时如何判断系统是否正常？

大家好，我手头有批8148的板子，目前测试发现DDR颗粒焊接有问题，所以我把DDR颗粒拆了，现在 8148的电源、外部晶振始终正常的，请问还能通过测试哪些信号来判断此时的8148可正常，目前板子还有外设如下：

1、SD卡

2、SPI FLASH;

3、NAND FLASH；
