app必须是作为一个独立的.out吗？还有 能不能 用VC生成一个 ，作为APP函数 烧进 dsp中 ，在DSP主函数 跳转 到APP?
DSP应用程序应该是TI提供给CGT编译生成的，VC的话肯定不是这个编译器啊
另外DSP内部没有flash的，程序都存放在外部存储器。所以需要boot程序，把外部的可执行程序搬移到芯片RAM来运行的。
