This PROC101D_SCH original design reference is USB2.0. If I want to connect USB3.0 to this reference design, how should I design it? Please provide the design reference of 3.0 based on this. Thank you!

USB3.0, based on the image framework of the modified post, in the reference design PROC101D_SCH_With_Design_Updates of the CPU... The PIN definitions of SSTXP, SSTXN, SSRXP, SSRXN, and SS-EN were not seen in the Notes_V1.0 version
