OMAPL138的板子对DDR进行全片写，全片读测试 ，正常运行一段时间后， DDR2读出的数据跟写入的数据偏移两个字节。
例如从地址0到地址6写入 01 02 03 04 05 06； 读出地址0到地址4的数据为 03 04 05 06 。使用的是瑞泰创新的开发板，请问可能是什么问题造成》？
先检查DDR的配置寄存器设置是否和DDR硬件匹配
利用TI提供的DDR2计算工具配置过，应该没有问题。这个现象不是很频繁出现，但是一直存在。
DDR读写测试有时是正确的，问题不是很频繁的出现，说明DDR配置应该是正确的。检查芯片的工作主频是否正常
