I would like to know if there are any compatibility issues regarding capacity, brand, or other parameters for the 2243 cascaded radar. Additionally, I would like to ask whether I can directly purchase a Samsung Pro Plus Micro SD card with a capacity of 1TB and insert it into the cascaded radar for use.

    Hi,

    Unlike AWR2243 4 chip cascade solution, we do not have an SD card slot where ADC data is stored in case of 2 chip cascade. Can you confirm if customer is using custom EVM for 2 chip cascade solution?

    sorry I make a mistake , now I can  confirm customer is using AWR2243 4 chip cascade.

    Hi,

    This query is related to TDA2 (MMWCAS-DSP-EVM) and not AWR2243 4 chip cascade (MMWCAS-RF-EVM). The team who worked on this device is no longer available to support.

    SD card is just used to store the TDA2xxx firmware for the boot up. So, I don't think they will need SD card with 1TB. Below is a screenshot from "C:\ti\mmwave_studio_03_00_00_14\docs\mmwave_studio_cascade_user_guide.pdf" showing the hardware pre-requisites.

    Please be noted that there wouldn't be much support available for this device.
