AWR2243: error message : "BSS Power Up async event was not received!" when I proceed to the RF Power-up step (mmWave Studio 3.0.0.14)

Part Number: AWR2243

When I use mmWave Studio 3.0.0.14 to configure the AWR2243 BOOST development board, I always get the following error message when I proceed to the RF Power-up step:
[21:16:34]
Status: Failed, Error Type: RESP
TIMEOUT
[21:16:38]
BSS Power Up async event was not
received!

It used to work normally before, but this problem started occurring today. Restarting the software and the development board did not solve the issue.
I am sure that I am using the correct firmware, and the same problem also occurs when running the official script DataCaptureDemo_xWR.lua.
All the indicator LEDs on the development board are functioning normally.

If the board was previously working with identical firmware and computer, this is indicative of a defective board.
