LM335A: Hi-Pot Test Failures of LM335AZ/NOPB

Dear Team,
 
We are using the LM335AZ/NOPB temperature sensor in our product. During production, we need to perform a DC 2500 V Hi-Pot test with 2.5 mA leakage current.
 
We would like to confirm the withstand voltage rating of the black front sensing part of the LM335AZ/NOPB.
 
Our production process:
 
1. Solder wires to the LM335AZ/NOPB pins and apply proper insulation protection.
2. Place the LM335AZ/NOPB into a metal enclosure.
3. Pour AB epoxy and cure for 48 hours until fully solidified.
4. Perform the Hi-Pot test and temperature test.
 
During assembly, the black front part of the sensor may touch the inner surface of the metal enclosure directly, which may cause damage to the LM335AZ/NOPB during the Hi-Pot test.
 
Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide the maximum allowable Hi-Pot voltage rating of the black front part of the LM335AZ/NOPB.
 
The test methods are attached for your reference.
