On the Amazon Amelia project, we found that after attaching the dustproof film, the test results for the following component shifted significantly. Please confirm with the original manufacturer why dustproof films made of the same material have such a large differential impact on the ALS component itself. Background: After attaching the dustproof film to the Amelia ALS, under a fixed light source, the ALS test results showed two distinct ranges.
Sample #1 + Dustproof Film M1 / Sample #2 + Dustproof Film M2 – test results are as follows:
Through cross-validation, it has been confirmed that the bad test result discrepancy follows the ALS component itself.
Verification 1 (without film): Test OK.
Verification 2 (with film – abnormal test results): Test results are as follows:
Cross-validation 3 (swap dustproof films): The bad results moved with the ALS component.
