We need to test the two capacitance sizes of the ceramic pressure sensor, using a single ended connection method and an FDC2214 EVM development board for testing. The entire CEQ capacitance can be measured, including LC oscillation capacitance of 33pf, parasitic capacitance, and sensor capacitance. We need to obtain accurate sensor capacitance, so we need to know the connection relationship between these three capacitors. We calculated according to the "FDC2x1y Single ended sensor" method, but we still couldn't get accurate results.
Please provide guidance.
