创建debug的时候总是显示无法初始化目标cpu

谢谢您的回复，现在我可以进行debug了，在测试demo的时候，尝试修改config文件并对修改进行debug，但是在debug的时候并没有进行config文件的发送，请问我该怎么操作？
请问是基于哪个例程，请再详细说明一下，是否有报错提示。
