The problem inside the reference is exactly what I get now .

But the solution is not in this reference, because the user have already solve it by herself without the help of the engineer in TI.

My step is the same as the user in the reference:

1. I take the .bat file and capture_demo.m file in the same folder 

2. Open matlab and in command window enter    fileName = "ccs_demo.dat"
3. Run the capture_demo.m

And it has error say

Do I have wrong step ?
