增加一个关联的问题:是否需要先给FPGA烧录程序后 TDA2才能进入SD卡BOOT 模式。

目前遇到FPGA未烧录,TDA2模式已选择SD卡模式,上电后,TDA2的 SMDCLK 没有波形输出。

    MMWCAS-DSP-EVM上的FPGA在出厂前是烧写好的,用户是不需烧写的。

    如果你使用的是自己参考MMWCAS-DSP-EVM做的板子,理论上TDA2的启动时和芯片的boot mode设置相关,在TDA芯片reset信号从低变高前去读取boot mode信息,rom code会根据boot mode的配置运行相关的启动流程。你可以关注一下相关引脚在TDA芯片reset信号从低变高时候的电平。

    关于TDA2启动,你可以参考TDA2 TRM里Initialization章节的内容。

  • 芯片的boot mode设置从SD卡启动,上电后,TDA2的 SMDCLK 输出方波(TDA2进入启动流程),插入Boot SD 卡,SMDCLK置低。RESET  TDA2,SMDCLK 输出一段方波后,置低,没有加载SD卡内的数据。

    这样是Boot 失败吗? 串口没无法输入TDA2的状态日志,有什么方式可以查看?

    启动的SD卡需要在上电前就插入的啊,第一个启动设备/方法失败后,会继续后面的启动方式。下面的信息可以在TDA2 TRM里找到。

    请问你板上有仿真器接口么?能否连上仿真器看看CTRL_CORE_BOOTSTRAP寄存器的值,里面可以了解上电复位时候芯片读取的sysboot信号的值。你可以对比看看和你预想的是否一致。

    请问你这块FPGA没有代码的板子和MMWCAS-DSP-EVM一模一样么?还是有删减?在MMWCAS-DSP-EVM里U62这个选择开关以及相关电路是否有保留?

  • 有删减DDR电路 只保留: DDR3-1066  32-Bit+ECC EMIF1 (2x Micron MT41K512M16HA-125)

    SD卡在TI的EVM上测试过是可以正常启动,log如下。U62这个选择开关以及相关电路保留。

  • 从DEMO板的log信息,可以看到:DRAM: 4 GiB   而自己做的参考板只有2GB    这个不同点是否会导致BOOT起来后系统进入死循环。DEMO板去到 EMIF1上的DDR也会起不来。
