noOfChirps：每一帧里的chirp总数？

NumADC_Samples：每一chirp的采样点数？

2(I,Q)是因为一个采样点是复数，有虚部实部，所以是乘2？

NumRX_channels是什么，是芯片上的接收天线数还是虚拟天线数？

NumRX_channels后面为什么乘2？
