我用一块IWR6843ISK-ODS跑TI给的bin文件，不超过10分钟 GUI 就会卡死，并且芯片很烫，需要等芯片冷却然后重开GUI连接，才可继续运行。请问这是什么原因？（目前没有MMWAVEICBOOST）
