S1应该是会生效的，建议测量一下U19的pin 2看一下按键之后是否被下拉。

根据手册上的指示，S1键是默认关闭的。
另外，U19在板子上哪个位置？具体改如何测量？
请对照原理图查看，测引脚电平。
