velocity 速度的计算可以参考C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_04_00_03\packages\ti\demo\xwr18xx\mmw\docs\doxygen\html\index.html里的公式。velocity in m/s = doppler index * ( speed of light(3e8) / (2 * (startFreq * 1e9) * ((idleTime + rampEndTime) * 1e-6) * numChirpsPerFrame) )
