连接上5V4A的电源，视频中的4个Led灯（5V,NRST,NERR_OUT,WARMRST）一直闪烁，电脑上也识别不出来相应的端口。这是电源的问题还是硬件有故障，有没有修复的办法，硬件手册上也没有这个问题的描述，有没懂的人帮忙解答一下
