发射功率是13dBm，请参考数据手册第21页8.7 RF Specification。https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr2243.pdf不需要使用DCA1000EVM，需要MMWCAS-DSP-EVM 采集数据。

MMWCAS-RF-EVM不能和DCA1000EVM接。AWR2243BOOST板可以和DCA1000EVM接。
