Hi 你好：

  目前我們由IC Case所量測到的工作溫度為71度，由Datasheet得知AWR1642 Junction temp range:為 –40°C to 125°C. 若我們想藉由Case計算Junction內的溫度 ，請問Junction to case、Junction to board的熱阻值為多少，及IC的發熱量該如何取得?
