MMWCAS-RF-EVM: why power divider use rf resistor, the chip's FMCW SYNCOUT terminal use standard thick film chip resistor?

Part Number: MMWCAS-RF-EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR2243

Hi, I have a question about 20GHz sync subsystem in AWR2243 cascade  MMWCAS-RF-EVM "PROC054E":

In "PROC054E_FMCW_Sync.Schdoc", Wilkenson Power Divider use a RF resistor, max frequency limit is 50GHz,  (R136,R140)

but in "PROC054E_SMA_SMP_Connectors.Schdoc", AWR_FMCW_CLKOUT use a standard thick film chip resistor.  (R79,R82,R83,R84,R85)

these resistors all in 20GHz sync subsystem, why use different type? the ternimal resistors are not important for 20GHz sync ?
