AWR2243: AWR2243 GPIO[0] used for debug, any detail description?

《AWR2243 Single-Chip 76- to 81-GHz FMCW Transceiver_awr2243》：
It is recommended that the GPIO[0] signal is connected to the host processor digital pin for debug.

I want to know how to use GPIO[0] for debug
