您好，我在使用mmwave studio软件时，在Files框内选择相应的文件加载这一步总是出现卡顿的问题，如果一直尝试会有全部加载成功的情况，但是会耗费我大量的时间，请问这个问题是什么原因，该如何解决？
output窗口有什么报错信息吗？电脑操作系统是什么？是否有尝试过电脑其他USB口？
output窗口报错信息如下：
电脑操作系统是win10。
我用的电脑USB口的拓展器，没有尝试过其他的USB口。

请尝试直接连电脑USB口，不要用拓展器。
