When I use OPT4001DTSEVM, I find that no data appears after clicking statt capture in the software interface, and the following error is reported in the TI-Latte software interface: Operation I2C Register Read for command [REGRx01] Failed. I read the user manual that this is caused by the optical sensor IC or OPTCB board is not detected by the motherboard, but now OPTCB and OPTMB EVM have been plugged in, and the direction is the same as indicated in the user manual. How to solve this problem?
