AWR2944EVM: CCS调试out_of_box_2944_dss会报错误

我的设备COM驱动都能正确工作，用CCS调试out_of_box_2944_dss会报这个错误：Error connecting to the target:
(Error -6305) PRSC module failed to write to a router register.
(Emulation package 9.10.0.00080)

编译都正确

请问这个是什么原因，是不是硬件哪里不对。
