请问下AWR2944在使用过程中，如果结温超过规格书要求，芯片是否有降输出功率的功能？该功能是芯片默认的，还是需要软件配置的？

AWR2944芯片上有集成internal temperature sensors可以给用户提供Die的温度，用户可以通过GPADC_readTemperature可以读取温度看是否有超过结点温度。
