在安装ticloudagent时,出现以上问题。这是什么原因导致的呢？
我也被這問題困擾了好幾天,是因為Cloud Agent沒裝成功!
和Windows版本以及Browser(IE/Edge/Firefox/Chrome)版本有關,最後我的Win11的NB上Chrome解法是:以Administrator權限打開CMD, 執行 fsutil 8dot3name query 查詢目前設定值
fsutil 8dot3name set 1 將預設值0改為1
然後再以Administrator權限執行TI Cloud Agent
如果再有問題,修改Registry並重開機,再做一次試試
