Here is the general idea of generating micro-Doppler plot

1. Take the Range-Doppler FFT for a given frame
2. Select the range-bin corresponding to the target. If the target spans multiple range-bins then averaging across the range-bins can also be done. 
3. Now we will have a 1D vector e.g. [1 x NumDopplerBins ] for a given frame and target. This 1-D vector will be a column in the  Doppler vs Time Heatmap.
4. Repeat (1) and (2) for all the frames, and you will have a two dimension array.
