您好！我用TDC1000作为超声波模拟前端，用TDC72000来计时，超声波频率203KHz，TDC1000的时钟输入是13MHz，用于空气流速测量，两个超声波探头距离是50mm，在空气封闭的状态（空气没有流动）下，多次测量TOF的波动是30纳秒左右，这正常吗？理想状态下这个波动应高要越小越好。如何减小静态波动？最好能到皮秒级。
