在处理CAN数据搬运时，为了防止搬运过程中被其他中断打断，需要搬运前打开全局中断和搬运完成后关闭全局中断；
DCAN和MCAN中是否有打开和关闭全局中断的函数接口？有的话能提供一下吗？
如果没有，如何实现打开和关闭全局中断功能，能提供一下具体实例吗？
