Please advise how to set the DIP switch of S1, S4 and S5 for standalone function mode

Please refer to "Figure 6-17. EVM in functional mode using standalone operation" on user's guide.
The "Figure 6-17. EVM in functional mode using standalone operation" on user's guide does not same my EVM shown in above image.
My EVM have slide switch S5 at the left side bottom and the REV.B
The standalone mode is not directly related to S5. Can be set to 5.1 OFF, 5.2 OFF
