如参数如此配置，不能正常输出，使用过程demo为：C:\ti\radar_toolbox_2_10_00_04\source\ti\examples\ADAS\high_end_corner_radar

1.5+384/30=14.3<17.33，按照这个计算来看，应该是可以输出的，但是实际是没有输出

具体是哪里有限制
