如果更换IC后正常，说明IC损坏。
LMT87的外围电路很简单，建议是在VDD和GND之间加旁路电容。
根据数据手册Table 4， 如果输出端电容> 1100 pF，建议串联电阻（Table 4）。
您电路中采用的是0.1uf, 建议串联1.5 kΩ电阻。
