各位工程师你们好！我想请教下FDC2214单端模式电容计算的问题，我使用的是外部晶振40MHz，寄存器地址0x14-0x17设置为0x2001，我想请教下图中我的计算方法有误吗，计算出的电容单位是PF还是NF还是F呢？（因为我换算为PF后，将直插电容一端接入CH0，一端接入GND发现数值的位数不对），我按照如下图1的计算方式算PF，最后的显示结果一直为-33（图2）
