Dear Sensor Designer Support Team,
Hello!When I set all other parameters to their default values and increase the "Ratio Electrical to Mechanical" parameter to a value greater than or equal to 8, the software stops running halfway through the process. I was wondering if this is a known issue or if there is a specific reason for this behavior.
When the "parameter" is set to 8, the software will stop running at the position shown in the figure.

    Hi，

    I checked with one of our experts he thought the design parameters may be causing a conflict between the area encompassed by the coils and the area occupied by the default sizes of the coils' traces and vias.

    He suggested going to the PCB Design tab and setting the trace widths and via diameters to the smallest possible dimensions and re-running the design.

    If the design completes successfully, the traces & vias may need to be manually resized & repositioned in a layout tool.
