TMUX1574: TMUX1574RSVR

Part Number: TMUX1574

Hi TI,

Our project use TI MUX TMUX1574RSVR.

Then I encountered a problem.

You can see my schematic as below.

If EN & SEL = 0 :  B port=close & A connected to D

If EN = 0, SEL = 1 : A port= close & B connected to D.

Now I’ve found that A port and B port seem to affect each other. If A has a CLK signal, it causes leakage in B, ranging from 0.6 to 1V.

Please see my waveform.

We have four chips on our board using your MUX, and all of them exhibit this issue.

Our source impedance is 50ohm,  clk frequency is 25MHz.

I see the TMUX1574 datasheet mean the cross talk does increase in systems with large impedance as the picture.

Is there any solution that can resolve this issue?

Or is there an IC that is not affected by crosstalk and can handle high frequency signal without interference?
