As we all know, there is an internal diode between each channel and VDD in the CD4051.
We found that applying 13.5V to a channel for a short duration (~1 s) while VDD is unpowered may lead to channel damage.
However, different CD4051 devices exhibit different behaviors under the same conditions.
We would like to understand the differences between these CD4051 devices.
